Definitions and General Provisions

  1. Workshop Organization
    • Scope, location, price, instructor, date, and time of the workshop are defined in the current workshop offer provided by the Organizer, available on the website and communicated to the Participant.
    • The program and workshop date may change in agreement with the Buyers.
  2. Workshop Organization
    • The Organizer reserves the right to cancel a workshop or change its date and location due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., accidents, illness of the instructor, etc.) or insufficient registrations. The Organizer will promptly inform the Buyer/Participant of any changes.
    • In case of workshop cancellation, the Organizer proposes a new date. If the Participant cannot attend, a full refund will be issued within 7 days of notification.
  3. Participation Rules – Application, Withdrawal, and Cost
    • Participation is open to those who register through the website, email (, phone, or directly at the Lallu Chic studio, providing participant contact details (name, address, email, phone), and any invoicing details.
    • Participation confirmation is binding and implies acceptance of these regulations and participation conditions.
    • Electronic registration involves visiting the website, selecting a workshop, clicking “Apply,” and completing participant contact details. Pressing “Purchase with an obligation to pay” constitutes an offer to the Organizer for workshop participation.
    • The workshop is fee-based. The price is specified for each workshop on the website and includes the workshop cost and necessary materials.
  4. Rights and Obligations of the Participant and Organizer
    • Participants can take home their creations from the workshop.
    • Participants are responsible for any intentional damage caused to the Organizer’s property. Damages must be reported promptly.
    • Participants are not allowed to take Organizer’s property outside the workshop venue without explicit consent.
    • The Organizer is not responsible for equipment brought by participants. Its use is at the owner’s risk and responsibility.
    • Filming, recording, or photographing workshops by participants is prohibited without explicit consent from the Organizer.
    • Workshops are of an authorial nature. The Organizer retains all copyrights to training materials, prohibiting their distribution, copying, or reproduction without written consent.
  5. Withdrawal from the Sales Agreement
    • According to the Consumer Rights Act, Article 27, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance agreement within 14 days of its conclusion.
    • Withdrawal can be made by email to or by postal mail to the Seller’s address.
    • If withdrawal is exercised, the Buyer has 14 days to return the payment for the workshop.
  6. Personal Data
    • The data administrator is Lallu Chic Hanna Bulczyńska, with details provided in the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy on the website.
  7. Final Provisions
    • Matters not regulated by these Workshop Regulations, especially regarding electronic purchases, are subject to the provisions of the online store regulations.
    • Polish law governs matters not covered by these regulations.
    • The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Regulations at any time without specifying the reason. Changes take effect when clearly indicated on the domain and do not affect workshop purchases made before the change.
    • Unauthorized use of Lallu Chic’s photos, graphics, logo, and other intellectual property elements is prohibited.
    • The current Regulations are available on the domain for storage and replay.
    • The Regulations come into effect on December 7, 2022, with the last update on February 11, 2023.
